Product Description
SSM 310S stainless steel heat exchanger tubes are engineered for extreme temperature applications up to 1150°C. The high chromium (24-26%) and nickel (19-22%) content provides outstanding oxidation resistance and creep strength at elevated temperatures.
- 1150°C Capability: Superior high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance far exceeding 304/316 grades, rated for 1050°C continuous and 1150°C intermittent service
- Seamless Construction: Cold-drawn seamless process ensures uniform microstructure and consistent thermal performance
- Low Carbon Variant: 310S (max 0.08% C) minimizes carbide precipitation, maintaining ductility after prolonged high-temperature exposure
- Anti-Scaling Surface: Dense chromium oxide layer forms at high temperatures, protecting against further oxidation
