The BA (Bright Annealed) surface finish provides a smooth, polished appearance, while the cold-rolling process ensures tight dimensional tolerances. Whether you are manufacturing corrugated roofing sheets, automotive components, or decorative kitchenware, this brass plate delivers superior performance.

Brass naturally forms a protective oxide layer when exposed to air or moisture. This passive film prevents further oxidation, making brass ideal for fuel tanks, chemical storage, and marine environments where rust and corrosion would destroy standard steel.

With elongation ≥40%, this brass sheet can undergo significant plastic deformation before fracture. When processed through bending, punching, or deep drawing, the material flows uniformly without cracking. This is why it is preferred for corrugated sheets – the rolling process creates repeating ridges without tearing.

Although lower than pure copper, 99.9% brass still offers excellent heat transfer properties. In automotive radiators and heat exchangers, the brass sheet efficiently transfers heat from hot fluids to the surrounding air while resisting coolant-induced corrosion.

A: This product contains ≥99.9% copper (Cu), with the balance being zinc (Zn) and trace elements. Specific grades like C26000 (70% Cu, 30% Zn) or C28000 (60% Cu, 40% Zn) are available upon request.

A: Yes. We offer precision cutting, punching, and decoiling services. Standard sizes include 1000*2000mm and 1200*2400mm, but custom dimensions are welcome. Please provide your required width and length.

• Cold-rolled (our primary method): Tighter tolerances, smoother BA surface finish, higher strength, and better surface appearance. Ideal for precision applications.

• Hot-rolled: Used for thicker plates (>6mm), lower cost, but rougher surface.

For 2mm, 3mm, and 5mm thickness, cold-rolling is standard.

A: Absolutely. The ≥40% elongation ensures the material can be roll-formed into corrugated profiles without cracking. Many of our clients use this exact specification for architectural corrugated panels.
