National Day Holiday Notice 2026: Office and Factory Closure October 1-7

Please be kindly informed that our office and factory will observe the National Day holiday from October 1 to October 7, 2026 (7 days). During this period, all production, shipping, and customer service operations will be temporarily suspended.

• Order Processing: All confirmed orders will continue to be handled according to schedule, but new orders received during the holiday will be processed starting October 8, 2026.
• Production: Manufacturing lines will be paused. Production capacity and lead times should be planned with a buffer of approximately one week.
• Shipping & Logistics: Freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping carriers in China also observe the holiday, which may cause temporary delays in bookings, documentation, and dispatch.
• Customer Support: Our sales team will respond to urgent inquiries on a best-effort basis, but standard replies may be delayed.

Plan Ahead to Avoid Delays

To ensure your business is not affected, we strongly recommend the following:

1. Place your orders and confirm specifications before September 25, 2026.
2. Complete payment and shipping documents in advance to secure production slots.
3. Inform us of any urgent shipments or deadlines so we can prioritize them before the holiday.
4. Stock up on fast-moving items to cover demand during the closure period.
