SSMduplex 2205 (UNS S32205) roestvrijstalen buizen bieden tweemaal de vloeigrens van standaard austenitische 304/316 kwaliteiten, terwijl de uitstekende corrosiebestendigheid behouden blijft. De gebalanceerde ferritisch-austenitische microstructuur levert een optimale combinatie van mechanische sterkte en weerstand tegen chloride spanningscorrosie.
- Dubbele Vloeigrens: Minimale vloeigrens van 450 MPa maakt een ontwerp met dunnere wanden mogelijk, waardoor gewicht en materiaalkosten tot 50% worden gereduceerd in vergelijking met 316L
- Superieure SCC Weerstand: Uitstekende weerstand tegen chloride spanningscorrosie, een cruciaal voordeel voor offshore en kusttoepassingen
- NACE MR0175 Conform: Gecertificeerd voor zure dienst (H2S-omgevingen) in olie- en gasproductie, met een hardheid ≤ 31 HRC
- Hoge PREN Waarde: PREN ≥ 34 garandeert uitstekende weerstand tegen putcorrosie en spleetcorrosie in zeewateromgevingen
